We launch brand new material, and brand new music, for each of our classes 4 times a year in January, April, July, and October! The intent is to keep our members challenged and switch up their movement to avoid fitness plateaus! Our instructors are trained to keep our classes fresh and exciting, never sticking with one training agenda for longer than 4 weeks! We invite you to try a class for FREE, and look forward to moving with you!
